This Week's Menu | Jan . 11

Our Weekly Meal Plan (Whole30, Paleo)

It's that time of year again.  Getting back to meal planning!  I've been intermittent fasting for the past week, which is going pretty well, so that reduces the lunches we need, but we are starting back to homeschool, college classes, youth sports, and the entrepreneurship program that I run.  All start this week.  Whew.  So, we'll be planning for some relatively easy meals, lots of crockpot or Instant Pot usage, this week.  

Monday - Burritos

White Chicken Chili with Salad

Wednesday - Buddha Bowls

Thursday - Cheesy Broccoli Soup

Friday - Leftovers

Saturday - Breakfast: "Junk" Cereal

Lunch:  Leftovers

Dinner:  Fish Taco Bowls

Sunday - Lunch:  Sammies or Eggs

Dinner:  Chicken Pot Pie (Instant Pot)

I'm adding everything to my Walmart+ grocery delivery order for Monday.  I wasn't sure how much I would use or like Walmart+, and I have to say, it's been great.  We still end up going to the store for odds and ends during the week, but by and large, using the grocery delivery service saves me time and money because I can more easily stick to my list!  (Plus, the five cents/gallon off gas is a plus with our new van that doesn't get great gas mileage.)  Try it for 2 weeks free if you haven't yet!
