Taco Tuesday -

Dinner: Shredded Chicken Soft Tacos

Witalian Wednesday -

Dinner: Chicken Carbonara with Green Beans

Fish Fursday -

Dinner:  Japanese style dinner with Whiting, Black Beans, Stir Fried Veggies, and Bulgar

Pizza Friday -

Dinner:  Homemade Pizza!

Saturday Scramble - Breakfast: Greek Yogurt Muffins

Lunch:  Out

Dinner:  Saturday Scramble (i.e. make something with the leftovers)

Sunday Roastday - Lunch:  Salad and Smoothies

Dinner:  Leftovers
