Themed Meal Plan 4/9

Our Weekly Meal Plan (Whole30, Paleo)


Meatless Monday - 

Dinner: Spaghetti with Meatballs (yes, I know, meat, but I started the meatballs on Sunday and then went out for dinner instead.  Anyway, you have to try the meatball recipe; it's amazing!)

Taco Tuesday -

Dinner: Salsa chicken burritos

Witalian Wednesday -

Dinner:  Chicken tikka masala (yes, I know, not Italian, but I used the Italian dish on Monday!)

Fish Fursday -

Dinner: Japanese style dinner with flounder, beans, bulgar, and veggies

Pizza Friday -

Dinner:  Homemade Pizza!

Saturday Scramble - Breakfast: Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Lunch:  PB&J sandwiches

Dinner:  Saturday Scramble (i.e. make something with the leftovers)

Sunday Roastday - Lunch:  Salad and Smoothies

Dinner:  Burgers!  Yum!
