Our Weekly Meal Plan (Whole30, Paleo)

Sunday - Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner:  Chicken Salad with Cottage Cheese and Spinach Salad

Monday - Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner: Lemon Pan-Fried Chicken with Roasted Veggies and Spinach Salad

Tuesday - Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner: Tandoori Chicken with Rice and Veggies

Wednesday - Lunch: Out

Dinner:  Salmon Balls with Spaghetti Squash and Marinara (*Whole30 approved)

Thursday - Lunch: Boiled Eggs, Carrots, and a Pear (*Whole30 approved)

Dinner:  Scrambled Eggs with Bacon, Mushrooms, and Spinach

Friday - Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner:  Sticky Chicken

Saturday - Lunch:  Coconut Cinnamon Pancakes (*Whole30 approved; Get the Book HERE)

Dinner: Chicken Chowder (*Whole30 Cookbook)

Sunday - Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner:  Eggs in a Nest (*Whole30 approved)

Last week, we tried this crockpot recipe for Sticky Chicken with some drumsticks I found on sale at Aldi.  It was delicious!  Definitely a keeper!  The sausage soup was also quite good, but we weren't fans of the acorn squash soup.  I'll have to find another use for acorn squash.
