Our Weekly Meal Plan (Whole30, Paleo)

Sunday - Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner:  Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries (*Whole30 Cookbook)

Monday - Lunch: Out

Dinner: Sticky Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries and Spinach Salad

Tuesday - Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner: Miss Coco is cooking while I'm at a work dinner

Wednesday - Lunch: Out

Dinner: Baked Salmon with Acorn Squash Soup and Sauteed Greens (*Whole30 approved)

Thursday - Lunch: Boiled Eggs, Carrots, and a Pear (*Whole30 approved)

Dinner:  Creamy Sausage Soup with Cornbread from Nourish (*Whole30 approved; Get the Cookbook HERE)

Friday - Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner:  Lemon Pan-Fried Chicken with Roasted Veggies and Spinach Salad

Saturday - Lunch:  Coconut Cinnamon Pancakes (*Whole30 approved; Get the Book HERE)

Dinner:  Chicken Salad with Tomatoes and Cottage Cheese

Sunday - Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner:  Eggs in a Nest (*Whole30 approved)



I bought an acorn squash at Aldi last week for $.99, but I've never used acorn squash before.  So, I used trusty Google and Pinterest to find a Whole30 recipe for it.  I ended up trying to decide between a fall soup from Paleo Leap and roasted acorn squash from Nom Nom Paleo.  I love both website, but it's raining today, so I went with the soup.  Can't wait to try it out!
