Dinner:  Sticky Chicken with Roasted Veggies

Wednesday - Lunch: Out

Dinner:   Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Thursday - Lunch: Boiled Eggs, Carrots, and a Pear (*Whole30 approved)

Dinner:  Cauliflower Chowder

Friday - Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner: some kind of frittata

Saturday - Lunch:  Coconut Cinnamon Pancakes (*Whole30 approved; Get the Book HERE)

Dinner: Baked Coconut Chicken Strips

Sunday - Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner:  Eggs in a Nest (*Whole30 approved)
