Baby Prez: 6 Months

Dear Baby Prez,

Mommy and Daddy can't believe that you are already 6 months old!  Half of a year!  Wow!

Weight:    18 pounds, 1 ounce  =  64%

Health:  We went to your six-month checkup this week, and guess what!  You passed.  Here were your stats:

Weight: 18 pounds, 1 ounce  =  64th percentile
Height: 26.5 inches  =  47th percentile
Head Circumference:   =  75-90th percentile

You must have a big brain!  But, Mommy knew that already because you are such a smart little guy.  The only hiccup in the appointment was finding out that the doctor wants a precautionary x-ray of your hips to make sure your hip joints are forming correctly.  So, you'll get to check first x-ray off your bucket list soon!


Social:  This weekend, your cousin came to visit!  We had an awesome time watching movies and hanging out, but the special part of the weekend was decorating for Christmas.  Daddy and Cousin C braved the cold to pick out a tree while Baby President and Mommy stayed home where it was warm.  And they sure picked out a great tree!  Big and beautiful!  And it looks even prettier with lights, ribbon, and ornaments. You even have your own special ornament for your first Christmas!  Mommy and Aunt Kiley each had special ornaments for our first Christmases, and Gramma and Grandpa still put them up on their Christmas tree.
